Welcome to Nize! Our mission is to help organisations run as safely and smoothly as possible. At Nize we believe in transparency. Privacy policy is the most essential part of a service that we usually skip as a user because of the complexity of it, so instead of technical jargon we would like to clearly describe how we handle your data.

What about 3rd party services?
We can’t do everything required to run our services on our own, so had to rely on few 3rd party services. But do not worry we use services like Google analytics, Mailgun, AWS and other established and secure brands for anything related to your personal data and none of them by law can share / sell / or do anything with your data outside our service’s scope as they are also bounded by GDPR and other privacy laws.

If you are wondering ..No we do not sell data to anyone!

What we do with your data?
We limit access to your personal information to our employees and contractors who have a legitimate need to use it. If we share your information with other parties (like developers, service providers, domain registrars, and reselling partners), they must have appropriate security measures and a valid reason for using your information, typically to serve you.

Information that Nize processes on your behalf
If you handle other people’s data using Nize, such as information about your suppliers or employees, you are entrusting that data to us for processing. The data you entrust to us for processing is called service data.

You own your service data. We protect it, limit access to it, and only process it according to your instructions. You may access it, share it through third-party integrations, and request that we export or delete it.

Data like your email, name, payment details, 3rd party login ID etc is used for things like authenticating your logins / other activity in our services, distinguish one user from another, help you to make payments.

Your name and email is also used to communicate with you regarding support, product updates, tips, news and offers etc. You can opt out any marketing related emails anytime just by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of such emails.

Other data that we mentioned previously are used for optimizing our service for better performance and experience, to monitor our growth, to detect and prevent unauthorized access.

How long do we keep your data?
We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Nize Services. Once you terminate your Nize user account, your data will eventually get deleted from active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 6 months.
